Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Our Studio

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
